Job Description

Team member will act as the Lead Document Controller managing a remote team processing documentation received from Contractors and ensuring that they adhere to project requirements related to document delivery.

The position is based out of Client office, but the candidate will be required to travel and work from Baton Rouge 3 days per week for the next 3-4 months, before working from Houston full time.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years Doc Control Lead experience, preferably on the client side.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and a talent for working with challenging team members
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple work tasks.
  • Previous experience leading teams on large multidiscipline engineering projects within a Document Control function
  • Ability to work within a team environment or autonomously as required.
  • Awareness of information security and absolute requirements to confidentially requirements with sensitive information.
  • Strong general computing skills especially Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint) and electronic data management systems (such as Assai, SharePoint etc.).
