Position Summary:

Quotient Therapeutics is seeking a Scientist with a strong immuno-oncology background, who will be responsible for the biology validation of novel oncology targets using in vitro and in vivo models.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team to design, plan and execute high-quality in vitro assays for immune-oncology target validation Lead the development and execution of in vitro assays to assess the biological activity of target-specific molecules Coordinate animal studies with external research vendors as needed; perform ex vivo assays for target engagement analysis, biological pathway validation and biomarker analysis Critical data analysis, attention to detail, and troubleshooting abilities Mentor and train research associates as needed
