  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to order processing and shipping.

Qualifications:

  • Education:_
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience:_
  • Minimum of 23 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or operations, preferably in a retail, distribution, or wholesale environment.
  • Skills and Competencies:_
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, OneDrive, and order processingrelated software.
  • Detailoriented with strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Requirements:_
  • Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
