Culinary Specialist

At FF Corp, we're seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food products to meet the demands of our customers.

  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Cook products using grill, broiler, or fryer and transfer to make up table or over shelf for holding.
  • Assembly and Packaging: Assemble sandwiches using the proper amount of condiments and wrap or package products for customer consumption.
  • Produce Preparation: Clean, slice, and prepare produce to meet business demand and ensure a high level of quality.
  • Product Management: Temper and label products with discard date as directed by management and monitor holding times of products to ensure food safety.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean, organize, and restock all stations, including utensils, equipment, walls, and floors.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Attendance and Punctuality: Timely and punctual on attendance, ensuring that you are present and ready to work at the start of your shift.
  • Customer Service: Consistently perform 10 steps of quality customer service, providing a positive experience for our customers.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrates and promotes teamwork, maintaining open and effective communication with colleagues and management.
  • Personal Grooming and Appearance: Maintains personal grooming and appearance at all times, adhering to FF Corp's standards.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Creates a safe environment for the restaurant, following company guidelines and health regulations to ensure food safety and quality.
  • Administrative Tasks: Completes required paperwork accurately and timely per company standards, following company guidelines and policies.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate all assigned equipment safely and efficiently, including the register and fuel console.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Complete all other restaurant tasks and activities assigned by the restaurant manager, including flexible shifts and additional duties as needed.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

  • Lifting and Mobility: Must be able to properly lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs, and stand up for at least an 8 hour shift.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Repetitive standing, stooping, and bending as necessary to perform job duties.
