About the Role:


We're in search of a seasoned strategic leader to oversee capacity planning and staffing for the Americas region. As the Regional Resource Management Director, you will be accountable for optimizing the utilization of our billable team members in the region, balancing supply and demand to maximize our talent's potential and achieve our business objectives.

  • Skill Management: Address talent gaps through hiring, training, or reassignment.
  • Demand Forecasting: Develop accurate demand forecasts in alignment with client requirements.
  • Risk Mitigation: Anticipate risks in capacity planning and establish mitigation strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Interface with different teams to ensure alignment between capacity planning and client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Build and nurture a high-performing team of Regional Resource Managers.
  • Workflow Optimization: Enhance resource management processes to boost efficiency.
  • Conflict Resolution: Mediate resource conflicts and prioritize project demands.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track resource metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to company policies related to resource management.

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic capacity planning and resource optimization in the digital marketing sector.
  • Sound knowledge of digital marketing, technology, and project delivery.
  • Proficiency in resource management tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
