KPMG is seeking a Director to join our Federal Advisory practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Workday HCM projects from start to finish
  • Develop technical solutions on the Workday platform
  • Configure and maintain Workday solutions
  • Stay updated on Workday HCM technology trends
  • Ensure compliance with security and data privacy requirements
  • Develop technical documentation and conduct code reviews
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical solutions
  • Offer technical guidance and mentorship to team members

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with implementing Workday solutions
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Workday HCM Certification needed
  • Experience with Workday tools and APIs
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel as necessary
  • Ability to obtain U.S. Federal government security clearance
