Role: Building Maintenance/Dock & Conversion Associate

Join our Warehouse Department team as a Building Maintenance/Dock & Conversion Associate under the guidance of the Department Manager. Your responsibilities will include a range of building maintenance tasks like light bulb replacement, painting, trash disposal, groundskeeping, and even assisting with dock & conversion activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trash collection and disposal
  • General maintenance tasks
  • Lawncare, snow clearing, and salting walkways
  • Equipment maintenance and repair
  • Assisting in material preparation for production
  • Inventory movement and stocking
  • Reporting facility issues promptly
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:

  • Minimum one-year experience in janitorial/building maintenance at a manufacturing facility
  • Comfort working around machinery and in confined spaces
  • Proficient in hand and power tool usage
  • Prior forklift and scissor lift experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous warehouse experience involving janitorial, maintenance, and dock & conversion tasks
