The Role
AXS is seeking an experienced Financial Settlement Analyst with advanced skills in communication, accounting fundamentals and data analysis. You will also support the company's internal accounting and financial settlement with its clients.

What You'll Do

  • Run weekly reports from our AXS ticketing system to track revenues and liabilities
  • Work with our accounting team to produce journal entries that provide general ledger support
  • Calculate settlement amounts and fees for events sold in the AXS system to support payments to clients
  • Assist with reconciliation and financial analysis projects
  • Work with our clients' finance teams to ensure the timely and accurate financial settlement of events using the AXS ticketing platform
  • Provide reporting to our clients to support settlement payments and invoices.
  • Assist our venue partners with reporting and financial issues related to AXS ticketing.
  • Respond to client inquires about settlement and finance issues with prompt and clear communication
  • Master our internal reporting system to serve as a major source internally at AXS for financial reporting knowledge
  • Assist our implementations team in setting up new clients based on the financial and settlement structure established by contract
  • Create and maintain custom reports to be used both internally and externally
  • Develop skills to accurately audit our fee structures based on client contracts

What To Bring

  • 1+ years' experience working in accounting/finance and/or live event ticketing
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required, including pivot tables and using macros
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in Accounting/finance experience preferred
  • Creative problem solving
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in a businessrelated field

Pay Scale:
$ $33.79
