Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Bodily Injury Claims Negotiator to oversee and negotiate bodily injury claims for Plaintiffs' side claims. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and excellent negotiation and settlement skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Negotiate personal injury cases against insurance companies to achieve optimal settlements for our clients.
- Supervise a team consisting of a case manager, case administrator, and medical lien negotiator to ensure seamless case management.
- Review, edit, and submit demand packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Negotiate settlement of bodily injury claims to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Negotiate attorney liens with other firms to ensure timely and fair compensation.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably with a focus on bodily injury claims.
- Strong negotiation and settlement skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and insurance companies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
