As an Electrical Quality Engineer located in Logan, Utah, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our cutting-edge products. By incorporating advanced technologies and industry expertise, we aim to provide users with a seamless and personalized fitness experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance efficiency and reduce quality-related costs across iFIT operations.
- Implement and support Quality Management System initiatives.
- Elevate customer experience through product quality improvements.
- Optimize manufacturing processes and performance.
- Provide continuous training to enhance the skills of the Quality Team.
MAIN DUTIES
- Monitor and drive company quality metrics to ensure compliance.
- Conduct thorough visual inspections of circuit components based on industry standards.
- Collaborate with various departments and suppliers to maintain quality standards.
- Perform testing procedures on products to validate functionality and durability.
- Lead investigations on supplier and product quality issues.
- Work closely with engineering teams to enhance manufacturing processes.
- Generate detailed quality reports for management evaluation.
- Utilize technical drawings for troubleshooting and analysis.
- Occasional travel may be required for business engagements.
- Engage in communication with international vendors outside regular hours.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality, Manufacturing, or Operations
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Skills:
- Proficient in root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Strong technical skills in circuit analysis and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of electrical components and software systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with quality control tools and methodologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
