We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineering Project Manager to join our team at Spectrum Solutions. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing planning services, acting as the liaison between clients, architects, and HVAC planners.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage planning services, ensuring seamless communication between clients, architects, and HVAC planners.
- Oversee all phases of the HOAI and lead planning teams, including specialists, CAD, and site supervision.
- Act as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring the successful and efficient planning of projects.
- Monitor deadlines, coordinate tasks, and maintain quality control throughout the planning process.
- Plan independently, support specialists, and contribute to building and maintaining business relationships with clients.
- Hold a degree in electrical engineering or a completed apprenticeship as a technician/master in this field.
- Have professional experience in Germany, in technical building equipment, and be proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit MEP is a plus.
- Have planning experience and knowledge of HOAI/VOB, project management experience, a unifying personality, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Work independently, goal-oriented, and structured, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Hold a C1 level of proficiency in spoken and written German.
