WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Senior Contracts Officer, your role will involve coordinating contracting activities and agreements while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. You will manage a high-volume workload in a complex environment, develop contracting policies, and oversee intergovernmental agreements.

This position offers a hybrid remote work option. While you will primarily work from our central office in Salem, Oregon, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and attend in-person meetings as needed.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Minimum of five years of procurement and contract experience, a bachelor's degree plus two years of relevant experience, or a combination thereof.

Key qualifications include familiarity with government procurement processes, exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

  • Preference for candidates holding Oregon Procurement certifications.
