Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR processes and policies.
- Manage the hiring process, from recruitment to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and agencies.
- Partner with leadership on HR strategy, talent needs, and succession planning.
- Design and deliver training programs for employee development.
- Provide HR guidance and support to managers and staff.
- Manage performance reviews and payroll processes.
- Conduct hiring and exit interviews, oversee disciplinary actions.
- Analyze compensation and benefits trends.
- Administer benefit programs and ensure compliance with laws.
- Stay updated on HR trends, employment law, and best practices.
- Maintain employee database.
- Enhance staff engagement and administer opinion surveys.
- OSHA, Georgia New Hire, and Department of Labor reporting.
- Tracking of headcount, performance reviews, and qualifications.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum five years of HR management experience.
- SHRM-CP or HRCI certification preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
