Position Summary:

Work involves a variety of driver's license examinations to determine the eligibility of individual applicants based on well-defined guidelines. This role will interact with customers face to face and on the phone. Responsibilities include performing vision examinations, entering applicant information into a web-based application, scanning documents, handling cash, and conducting drive tests for vehicles of all sizes and motorcycles. Travel to surrounding offices may be required.

Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing & Certification: Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license to carry out essential job functions.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Preferred Experience: Ideally, 12 months of face-to-face customer service experience, such as retail or food service.

Post-Offer, Pre-employment Requirements: KBI and FBI fingerprint checks are mandatory due to involvement in the application/issuance process for KS Driver's License and/or KS ID Card.
