SEBO America, a German vacuum cleaner manufacturer, has an immediate opening for an Assistant Accounting Controller at its Denver-based national wholesale distribution company. Competitive pay with excellent benefits. Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable: Invoice/statement, credit memo, payments posting (checks & credit card transactions).

Accounts Payable

Inventory

General ledgers

Online Banking – manage positive pay, ACHs, wires, posting automatic payments.

Quarterly & Year-end – estimated quarterly tax payments, assist in year-end tax/closing.

Sales Reps – pay commission (calculations & ACH payment processing), assist in making travel arrangements.

Manage personal property assets list and file/pay yearly tax due.


Requirement/Skills:

Strong analytical, technological, communication and organizational skills, detail-oriented, multi-tasks.

Degree in Accounting.

Distribution experience a plus

Good Knowledge of accounting software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ 75,000 + depending on experience
