The Quality Control and Packaging Specialist reports directly to the Production Manager and/or Supervisors. This role is crucial for ensuring that finished products are labeled accurately and efficiently, adhering to the company’s standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Specialist is also tasked with label reconciliation and ensuring the completeness and accuracy of all product identification documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify the accuracy of information on all items.
  • Conduct visual inspections of finished products.
  • Label finished products appropriately.
  • Package labeled products and prepare them for distribution.
  • Document label reconciliation processes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods as necessary.
  • Maintain a minimum vision standard of 20/20 (corrected or uncorrected).

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
  • Familiarity with cGMPs and GDPs.

Work Shifts:

  • 1st shift: Monday-Thursday 6A-4:30P
  • 1st shift: Wednesday-Saturday 6A-4:30P
  • 2nd shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30P-2A
