Track sales shipments, deliveries, billing, and backlog activities while maintaining up-to-date records in the system.

Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding the status of orders, proactively assisting in resolving customer order conflicts or difficulties.

Send manual invoices for payments due prior to booking or shipment to facilitate a seamless transaction process.
Efficiently enter and process return material authorizations (RMA) following established guidelines and processes.
Collaborate with the service team to provide urgently needed installation materials, ensuring smooth completion of installations.
For major accounts, deliver regular summarized status reports to customers, which may involve dedicated conference calls.

Handle international shipments in collaboration with the logistics team to ensure the timely provision of necessary documents for accurate commercial invoices and packing lists.

Provide accurate and precise order status updates to senior management, enabling informed decision-making.
Identify and report shortages to the planning and purchasing departments on a case-by-case basis.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Proven experience in sales order processing and coordination.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using sales order systems and relevant software applications.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Knowledge of international shipping and logistics is a plus.
