Job Summary:

Infojini Healthcare is seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team in a high-acuity step down unit setting. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care to critically ill patients requiring close monitoring and intervention.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with dysrhythmias, cardiopulmonary, sepsis, and high flow O2 needs.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, including dopamine, levophed, cardizem, heparin, precedex, nitro, amio, dobutamine, and Nicardine, as ordered by the physician.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient vital signs, lab results, and medication administration.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • BSN degree or higher.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a high-acuity step down unit or ICU setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • NIHSS certification.

Benefits:

  • 36 hours of guaranteed hours per week.
  • Up to 91 contract weeks.
  • Competitive hourly rate.
