RESPONSIBILITIES...

  • You will handle financial, clerical, and administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices.
  • Reconcile signed and dated receipts with invoices and purchase orders.
  • Assign codes to invoices with vendor numbers and GL accounts; apply sales tax as necessary.
  • Input approved invoices into the system.
  • Address inquiries from vendors and internal customers.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, monthly accruals, and weekly GL reports as required.
  • Process driver expense reports and generate payments.
  • Perform any other relevant duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS...

  • A high school diploma is required, with a preference for a college degree or relevant certification.
  • Some familiarity and experience with accounts payable processes.
  • Proficient in data entry and management.
  • Strong technology skills, particularly with Excel.
  • General understanding of accounting principles (GAAP).

WORK ENVIRONMENT...

  • You will work in a standard office setting within a manufacturing facility, utilizing computers, telephones, and other office equipment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION...

Benefits and incentives become available after the probationary period, with 401k eligibility after one year of employment. Team members must meet specific criteria to qualify for incentives and bonuses. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits, incentives, or bonuses.
