Job Description

The Marketing Manager will support Success Mortgage in its marketing and communications efforts, both internally and externally. This role will also oversee the company's onboarding process for newly recruited loan officers, ensuring a seamless transition. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing the company's marketing strategy and providing guidance and training to loan officers. Additionally, they will assist in communication efforts with company leadership and other business partners. This is an office-based position located in Winchester, VA, Delaware, West Virginia, PA, or Maryland.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing the marketing strategy
  • Handle various marketing activities such as ad design and placement
  • Create and manage a communication plan for loan officers and partners
  • Offer marketing support to loan officers
  • Lead onboarding for new loan officers
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to achieve marketing goals
  • Generate and share diverse social media content, including text, images, articles, and videos
  • Maintain a strong online presence for the company
  • Perform other assigned duties
