Department: Operations

Purpose: Contribute to the Judgement Free Zone concept, embodying core values and supporting business strategies during shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform effectively during assigned shifts.
  • Maintain club cleanliness and ambiance.
  • Ensure completion of required training for safe and efficient operations.
  • Conduct audits to maintain store presentation.
  • Inspect the club, perform cleaning tasks, and review paperwork.
  • Audit and balance cash drawers daily.
  • Update reports, complete data entry tasks, and manage front entrance cleanliness.
  • Adhere to company policies and address minor issues.
  • Ensure a safe environment for all members.
  • Provide high-quality customer service and interact with members.
  • Stock retail items for the next shift.
  • Understand and comply with company standards, resolve customer issues, and manage inventory.
  • Stay updated on certifications and training courses.
  • Promote and assist potential members.
  • Support club promotions and operational strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Assist members with equipment usage.

Qualifications:

  • HS diploma or equivalent required.
  • Familiarity with Excel's mission, values, and operational requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Team-oriented, motivated, and organized.

Work Environment: Operates in a fitness club setting using standard office equipment. The noise level may be loud.

Physical Demands: Includes standing, walking, lifting weights, and using office equipment.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: Full-time or part-time position with variable hours including evenings and weekends.
