Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Inconen Temporary Services, Inc. in Haltom City, TX. As a key interface to our clients, you will be responsible for managing customer expectations and providing exceptional service through the administration of customer orders from initial receipt to shipment of the product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional customer service with responsiveness to all customer inquiries from quotes through customer receipt.
  • Manage all aspects of customer orders, including reporting, expedites, reschedules, bottleneck processing, credit releases, and other customer service activities to support business initiatives following established SIOP processes.
  • Review and process customer orders, identifying ways to improve the process and drive enhancements in department efficiency.
  • Support and encourage customers to utilize web portals and Aeroxchange usage.
  • Drive improvements in customer OTD through communication with customers.
  • Support customer AOG to meet maximum response time.
  • Support successful new programs and service execution in the market, including retrofit or field repairs.
  • Achieve operational excellence through the deployment of ACE and consistently demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Support and implement all ITC initiatives, promoting a strong ethical culture and sustaining best-in-class Ethics and Compliance.
  • Provide backup support while other team members are out of the office.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree with 0-2+ years related work experience.
  • General understanding of basic business principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Demonstrated success in internal/external customer communication.
  • Ability to verify U.S. Person Status as defined by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Aerospace/Aircraft industry experience.
  • SAP experience.
  • Wide Area Workflow experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of techniques for data analysis, integration, and management.
  • Reading, interpreting, and writing eXtensible Markup Language (XML).
  • SIOP process experience.
  • International experience.
