  • Account Management: Create, update, and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Payment Processing: Collect and process customer payments, balancing cash drawers and preparing bank deposits.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, including billing, edit, and general ledger recap reports, and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Specialized Duties: Perform other specialized duties as assigned, including scheduling service appointments and coordinating with customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Two years of customer service experience.
  • Language Skills: Spanish speaker preferred due to the large Hispanic population.
