- Payment Processing: Collect and process customer payments, balancing cash drawers and preparing bank deposits.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports, including billing, edit, and general ledger recap reports, and maintain accurate records and files.
- Specialized Duties: Perform other specialized duties as assigned, including scheduling service appointments and coordinating with customers.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Two years of customer service experience.
- Language Skills: Spanish speaker preferred due to the large Hispanic population.
