Responsibilities- Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, determining causes, and selecting effective solutions.
- Answer inbound customer calls and emails related to account questions, shipping inquiries, and technical support for Aquasana products.
- Stay up-to-date on all products, their features, and the best ways to assist customers.
- Ensure customer retention through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Explain and sell the benefits of the Water for Life replacement filter program.
- Meet key customer service metrics, including work percentage, average handle time, abandonment rate, and customer survey scores.
- Provide ongoing feedback for product improvement and job efficiencies.
- One year of related work experience in an inbound call center or customer service environment.
- Problem-solving and program management skills.
- Excellent work ethic and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Good communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in basic office computer software and the Aquasana customer management program.
- Competitive hourly wage plus the opportunity to earn an additional $700 monthly commission.
