Director of Maintenance

position at our senior living facility.

This hands-on position is responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of physical structures/buildings, equipment and maintenance of the grounds.

Bachelor's Degree or 4-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of REAC inspections, boilers and chillers helpful.
Normal workweek is Monday through Friday for this position. A requirement for this position is to be on call every other weekend.
