Position Overview:

As a Property Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the daily operations of multiple residential apartment properties. This dynamic Property Coordinator position involves overseeing operational, communication, and financial aspects to ensure efficient and effective property management.

Responsibilities of the Property Coordinator:

  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of numerous residential buildings, including oversight of construction and repairs
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of approximately 150+ units, ensuring financial operations and budgets are optimized to maximize income while upholding a safe, clean, and appealing environment
  • Supervise and closely collaborate with residential staff to maintain high standards of service delivery and resident satisfaction
  • Engage with vendors and contractors to facilitate necessary maintenance and improvement projects
Qualifications for the Property Coordinator:
  • Open to recent graduates with a demonstrated track record of strong internships or relevant experience
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills are essential for success in this role
  • Must be a collaborative team player, demonstrating responsibility, self-motivation, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
