Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
