Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
- Support admission and discharge processes and improve outcomes and service.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance.
- Assist with staff scheduling and ensure a seamless patient experience.
Requirements:
- Nursing graduate with RN Diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing.
- Minimum of one year experience as an RN with leadership skills.
- BSN preferred and two years' experience in a Charge Nurse role.
- Current RN license and Basic/Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification.
