Key Responsibilities- Partner with our team to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure seamless transitions.
- Provide coaching and feedback to support staff growth and development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to drive improved patient outcomes and service excellence.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- One year of experience as an RN with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or two years of experience as an RN in a Charge Nurse role.
