We are seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to join our team at TriCities Hospital. As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and coordinating all functions in the unit.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality patient-centered care.
- Assist with admission and discharge processes.
- Support improved outcomes and service by partnering with subject matter experts and leadership team.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling.
- Required: Nursing graduate with RN Diploma or Associate of Science in Nursing
- Required: One (1) year experience as RN with demonstrated proficiency leadership and management skills
- Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Preferred: Two (2) years' experience as an RN in a Charge Nurse role
- Registered Nurse - Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse in the state in which he or she practices, in accordance with law and regulation.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 60 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
