By spearheading weekly on-premise and off-premise sampling events in strategic accounts, you will make a significant impact. Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize and implement activation tactics to achieve sales and brand goals.
  • Cultivate and uphold strong ties with key partners and the local distributor.
  • Promote brand initiatives to target accounts.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of brand activities, sponsorships, and promotions.
  • Supervise all facets of the Brand Ambassador unit, including recruitment, training, event coordination, and analysis.
  • Provide direction to the Brand Ambassador team to ensure synergy with organizational aims.
  • Assess event outcomes, metrics, and overall success.
  • Manage local budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Conduct preparatory work and confirmations for sampling programs.
  • Manage local assets to equip Brand Ambassadors adequately for events.
  • Monitor event implementation to meet brand objectives.
  • Deliver program results accurately and punctually.
  • Stay informed on local nightlife, events, and alcohol regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum age requirement of 21 years.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation due to job demands.
  • Access to a computer with Microsoft Office and internet connectivity at home.
  • Smartphone for communication/reporting during fieldwork.
  • Flexibility to work beyond 40 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends.
  • Background in beverage industry or distribution for 2 years.
  • Prior involvement in event planning, team management, brand promotion, and collaboration with distributors.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional attitude and diligent work ethic.
  • Effective leadership and organizational capabilities to meet weekly targets.
