The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, for the troubleshooting, modification and testing or Nutrunner & Servo Press products.

ResponsibilitiesDiagnose technical problem of the products, repair and calibrate them mostly at our shop floorTravel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical problems and perform on-site repairTravel to customer locations to install the products at customers' siteExamine tools mechanically and electrically in order to perform repairs by dismantling tools and rebuilding as neededDiagnose technical problems and troubleshoot via telephoneCommunicate professionally and effectively with customersEffectively interpret schematics and block diagrams to analyze and troubleshoot problemsDocument in detail product problems and resolutions
Preferred Skills and ExpertiseAssociates or technical degree preferredA background in field service within the automotive industry preferredExperience with electrical measurement and calibration techniques (voltmeter and other calibrating equipment)Experience in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical problems (servo motors, bearings, gearing, ball screws and moving systems)General understanding of PLCs and pneumatics preferred but not requiredExperience in Mechanical measurement and inspection techniques (indicators, micrometers, and calipers)Working knowledge of fastening and assembly processesAbility to use basic hand-toolsAbility to operate a computer with windows operating systemsComfort in working with abrasive chemicals to clean partsExcellent oral and written communications skillsAble to be comfortable working with heightsValid Driver's License; Ability to travel to project locations, including overnight travelPandoLogic
