Per Sé Group is seeking a skilled repair and customer support technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, modifying, and testing Nutrunner & Servo Press products.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose technical problems with products and repair or calibrate them as needed
  • Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical issues and perform on-site repairs
  • Install products at customer sites and examine tools mechanically and electrically to perform repairs
  • Communicate effectively with customers and document product problems and resolutions
Requirements:
  • Associate's or technical degree preferred
  • Background in field service within the automotive industry preferred
  • Experience with electrical measurement and calibration techniques
  • Ability to use basic hand-tools and operate a computer with Windows operating systems
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to project locations
