Responsibilities:- Diagnose technical problems with products and repair or calibrate them as needed
- Travel to customer locations to diagnose complex technical issues and perform on-site repairs
- Install products at customer sites and examine tools mechanically and electrically to perform repairs
- Communicate effectively with customers and document product problems and resolutions
- Associate's or technical degree preferred
- Background in field service within the automotive industry preferred
- Experience with electrical measurement and calibration techniques
- Ability to use basic hand-tools and operate a computer with Windows operating systems
- Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to project locations
