As our Senior Living Executive Director, you will oversee the daily operations of our assisted living community, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Your role involves leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of dedicated professionals to provide top-tier care and services. You'll develop and implement strategic plans to enhance resident satisfaction and operational efficiency, collaborating with families, healthcare providers, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care for our residents.
In this position, you'll manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize performance and profitability. Your innovative programs and initiatives will promote the well-being and engagement of our residents. Each day, you'll make a direct impact on the lives of over 100 residents, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care. You'll leave every day knowing you've made a significant difference in many people's lives, from the residents to your dedicated team members
Qualifications:
- Associate degree
- Completion of a 24-hour Assisted Living Director certification course
A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
Schedule:
This full-time position follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. However, some weekends and occasional evenings are required for manager-on-duty times and/or as needs arise in our 24/7 assisted living setting.
