About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, sanitizing areas, and vacuuming carpets.
  • Clean restrooms, wash windows and walls, move and arrange furniture and equipment, and pick up outside garbage.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents and staff.
  • Stock common areas, replace light bulbs, tidy throughout the day, and eliminate trip hazards.
  • Adhere to our community's safety program at all times, including handling and storage of chemicals and equipment.
  • Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
  • Champion hospitality and deliver excellent customer service to residents, families, visitors, and vendors.
  • Ensure an attractive home environment that fosters engagement, socialization, and purposeful living.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalency required.
