Job Title: Mechanical Assembler

  • Direct Hire - 1st Shift (5am - 2pm) with available overtime
  • Responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
  • Effective communication with leadership regarding issues/status/performance
  • Maintain a strong relationship with Quality and Engineering teams
  • Perform various electrical/mechanical assembly operations
  • Prepare assembly work following instructions and specifications
  • Populate PCB's and assemble components
  • Inspect electronic components during assembly
  • Perform inspections to ensure assembly meets IPC standards
  • Operate production equipment
  • Perform tasks in Mechanical Assembly operation
  • Apply materials according to specifications
  • Conduct pass downs with outgoing/incoming shifts
  • Utilize hand and/or power tools
  • Other duties as assigned

You will be part of a fast-paced and flexible team dedicated to providing quality products to customers.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Meticulous hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Experience in electronics assembly and inspection
  • Knowledge of ESD procedures
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of related experience preferred
  • 1+ years in a Mechanical Assembly position or similar required
