Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85034

Contract Duration: 12 Months

Compensation: $19/hr to $20/hr on W2

Job Overview:
As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components in accordance with product specifications. This role requires following detailed blueprints to construct electronic devices, tools, and products utilizing both hand and power tools, along with various assembly equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute assembly tasks based on instructions, schematics, and process documentation to create a diverse range of electrical subassemblies and systems.
  • Conduct planning, fabrication, assembly, disassembly, setup, testing, inspection, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic and electrical hardware and equipment.
  • Perform routine, complex, and repetitive assembly operations to ensure the production of high-quality and precise products in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and assess test results to confirm adherence to acceptance criteria.
  • Adhere to environmental, health, and safety guidelines and protocols.
In this role, you will work under direct supervision and typically receive comprehensive instructions for all tasks.

Educational Requirements:
A high school diploma is mandatory, while two or more years of assembly experience is preferred.
