Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and place parts with extreme accuracy, ensuring precise relationships between components.
  • Operate and maintain automatic and manual processing equipment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, jigs, and fixtures to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Work at different workstations as production needs dictate, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Perform daily housekeeping and cleaning of equipment and area to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct general maintenance of equipment as required, troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
  • Recognize and report operational variances, adhering to established procedures and protocols.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is required.
  • Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and packaging is preferred.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain BATF approval to work with our products.
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to accurately read and interpret documents, including safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Excellent team interaction and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and cooperation.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including the movement of materials weighing 5-50 lbs.
  • Ability to obtain BATF approval to engage in certain explosive operations.
