We are seeking a skilled Road Supervisor to help us build a dynamic team capable of responding effectively to emergencies, incidents, and customer feedback. The Road Supervisor's primary responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring and documenting daily operations for safety, punctuality, and service quality.
  • Ensuring all routes are covered daily, stepping in to cover open routes when necessary.
  • Supervising vehicle operators to optimize scheduling and staffing.
  • Providing leadership through communication, appraisal, training, and coaching to maintain a strong team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of relevant leadership experience.
  • Commercial Driving License with passenger and airbrake endorsements.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret transit rules.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible shifts.
  • Various physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Work involves both outdoor monitoring and office-based tasks.
