Overview:
Busy Auto Dealership seeks an elite multitasking coordinator to handle the following functions:

  • Greet all customers entering the showroom and escort them to their appointment or sales person.
  • Using our CRM software, log in each customer with any necessary notes.
  • Answer all phone calls and route the calls based on a warm transfer to the proper person.
  • Contact "sold" customers to solicit positive feedback by providing a link to the review site.

Requirements:

  • 3 year's minimum experience in a heavy in and outbound phone traffic environment a must.
  • Pay commensurate with experience. $ per hour.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
