Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations and other members of the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide updates on project status, and ensure timely communication with clients.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule meetings, appointments, and project-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial Management: Review and input hours for payroll, process invoices, and manage accounts payable and receivable.
