Automotive Lot Coordinator

Position Summary

Oversee the organization and movement of vehicles within the dealership premises, ensuring efficient inventory management. This includes monitoring and documenting the arrival of new vehicles, as well as accurately updating their status in both the key and digital systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage lot presentation by ensuring that all vehicles are ready for display, equipped with appropriate pricing stickers, buyer's guides, and frame plates.
2. Park and align vehicles to maintain an appealing and accessible sales area.
3. Supervise the overflow lot, facilitating the transportation of vehicles to service or body shops as necessary.
4. Assist with dealer trades and the retrieval of off-site display vehicles when required.
5. Maintain accurate fuel logs and compile other reports as requested by management.
6. File and organize reports as needed to support operational efficiency.
