Summary of Duties:
  • Coordinate and monitor the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
  • Develop and control deadlines, budgets and activities, maximizing return on investment
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Aid in negotiation of contracts and contractual changes
  • Coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts.
  • Coordinate meetings with customers, subcontractors, and employees
  • Oversee multiple projects
  • Develops new business and expand product line.
  • Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules
  • Develops solutions to program problems
  • Directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments
  • Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university

Abilities, Knowledge, Skills:
  • High level of verbal and written communication skills.
  • Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans
  • Confer with management to maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress
  • Coordinating activities and meetings
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to interface with individuals at all levels within the company, suppliers and customers.
  • Resolving problems, prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions
  • Strong Management/Leadership skills that inspire team confidence and motivate team members in a creative and effective manner
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Critical analytical and data driven decision making skills
  • Solid understanding of financial practices and project management
  • Ability to think strategically regarding business issues
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude
