Primary Duties
  • Develop detailed cost estimates and project proposals.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for project-related communications.
  • Review contract specifications and clarify plans to team members.
  • Facilitate pre-planning discussions to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
  • Monitor project timelines and financial metrics.
  • Compile essential reports and documentation.
  • Manage alterations to project scope while mitigating risks.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management roles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Experience working with Federal clients is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
Desirable Attributes
  • Professional certification in Project Management is preferred.
  • OSHA certifications may be necessary.
Physical Requirements
  • Moderate physical demands, including lifting and other physical tasks.
  • Ability to maintain close visual acuity and operate machinery.
  • Exposure to various environmental conditions.
