  • Build and coordinate all aspects of a program, including: detailed project plans, resource allocations, risks/issues remediation, status reporting, budget management, and serve as the primary "go-to" person for project details.
  • Maintain a deep, technical end-to-end understanding of the solution being built, its upstream/downstream dependencies and impacts, and the resulting customer journey experienced by our users.
  • Lead multiple concurrent projects and programs varying in size/scope/complexity, spanning across several different teams and organizations.
Identify and mitigate risks to execution by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and ensuring efficient communication between appropriate stakeholders

  • Craft communications that can be consumed at different levels of the organization " from executive-level presentations, to materials consumed by cross-functional teams.
  • Collaboration with Product Managers, Engineering leaders, Architects, and UX teams to deliver the key transformational initiatives in the IT CRM applications.
  • Proactively identify risks in all assigned areas; work with teams and management to mitigate these risks before they become issues.
  • Understand, surface, and articulate technical challenges. Work with the Product Manager to drive the option that delivers the best customer experience.
  • Continually pursue delivery excellence to ensure success, and ensure all team members clearly understand the goals, expectations, and success criteria. Uphold a culture of focus, delivery, and accountability across the organization
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands.
  • Excellent communications skills and experience interacting with both business and other cross-functional stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong ability to multitask, and manage shifting priorities/demands.
  • Strong past experience from a development/software testing background.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Someone with 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 3 years of experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Extremely organized with outstanding attention to detail; understand the who, what, when, how and why needed to drive outstanding solutions.
  • Self-starter with extensive program management experience with large-scale initiatives. Background in PMO-best practices is a strong plus.
  • Good understanding of cloud services (Salesforce), application hosting, operational practices & technical planning.
  • Able to effectively modulate the presentation of information based on your audience: from a C-level executive to an Individual Contributor.
  • Experience leading broad programs across organizations in a matrixed, globally-diverse workforce.
  • Experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Skilled at leading design and technical trade-off conversations to closure.
  • Experience with applications such as Jira, or other backlog management tools and project management tools required .
  • Agile certification - PMI-ACP, SAFe or equivalent preferred.
