Job Title: Technical Project Manager/Technical Program Manager

Join Ehub Global Inc as a Technical Project Manager/Technical Program Manager and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and presentation skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of technology projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery through proper resource planning, risk management, project control, change management, and application of Google delivery methodology.
  • Manage the DAIR log in the Google template; distill Decisions, Open Items, and Risks from relevant meetings.
  • Proactively identify, document, monitor, and mitigate risks.
  • Accountable for the success of projects specifically identified as part of the domain.
  • Follow governance and process management guidelines provided by GOO.
  • Establish and oversee change control processes while managing project scope and engaging stakeholders for any scope changes.
  • Responsible for stakeholder presentations, status reporting, and business/team communication.
  • Coordinate logistics to kickoff and run the project to completion.
  • Manage resource assignments and capacity.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming based on priorities.
  • Identify dependencies and collaborate with the release manager and other teams to resolve them.
  • Track and report on KPIs with the KPI manager.
  • Assist with defining scope, schedule, and budget for new projects and any Change Request opportunities.
  • Update the budget sheet and review with the JLL Account Delivery leader weekly.
  • Leverage CRM to maintain burn rate, earned value, and financial performance information on the project.
  • Provide accurate monthly financial data (revenue forecasting for accruals and oversight of project billing).

  • Ability to assess team skill level and gaps
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical terms
  • Subject Matter Expertise in Real Estate & Facilities Management
  • Conceptual knowledge of IWMS
  • Sound foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure and architecture
  • Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
Salary:

$85.76 per hour
