This group of twenty professionals manages interior fit-outs for many of our Fortune 500 clients across our family of companies, ensuring operational excellence by way of hands-on management from a dedicated team of diverse professionals. Our Global Services Department has been supporting our clients' growth and service requirements for over thirty years.

In order to foster further growth of this unique value driven group, we intend to partner our long-standing operations leader with a dynamic business development executive. We are seeking an individual with at least fifteen years' experience managing enterprise accounts within the AEC / Real Estate community. Their focus will be identifying new enterprise clients for STOBG, strengthening existing relationships, and further developing these accounts. This individual will manage all aspects of business development, go-to-market, and growth strategy for our Global Services Group. Internal interactions will take place regularly with account stakeholders, business unit leaders, and senior leadership of STOBG. External interactions would include, but not be limited to existing clients, prospective clients, consultants, and key account influencers. Established relationships with Fortune 500 clients along with experience managing a team of professionals is mandatory as is a proven track record of generating new relationships and revenue.

Ideal candidates will have experience establishing / negotiating MSA's with clients, and a proven ability to generate new revenue by way of proactive engagement with prospective clients. Experience overseeing service orientated work for enterprise clients would be a differentiator.

Travel 35% is required, as is engaging with our team on a day-to-day basis within our many offices.
