Purpose
This role provides immediate response to clients and caregivers in order to fill open shifts to meet client needs by creating schedules that meet client's cares needs and ensure care coverage. This role also goes to client homes to provide cares when additional coverage is needed.

Primary Duties:
  • Creates schedules based on plan of care, client preference, and authorized hours of service.
  • Uses scheduling software to match available caregivers to client's schedules, document communication, work schedules and respond to time off requests.
  • Monitor and respond as necessary to call-in system during normal business hours which can include going out and providing cares to clients.
  • Support, participate, and ensure care coverage during non-business hours related to on call rotation determined by team supervisor.
    • On Call Hours Rotation
      Mon-Fri 6:00am-8:30am and 4:30pm-9:00pm
      Weekends and Holidays 7:00am-9:00pm

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
  • 18+ years of age
  • Two (2) years of experience in scheduling in high temp environment, preferred.
  • Two (2) years of experience in providing direct personal cares, required.
    • Also considered, clinically based training programs in lieu of experience.
  • High School Diploma, required.
  • Own a Smart Phone for Electronic Visit Verification (EVV)
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance to serve clients throughout Dane County
  • Available to work on a weekend rotation.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Capable of lifting/moving/pushing/pulling 35 pounds
