Always Best Care Senior Services specializes in high quality compassionate care for Seniors. We are growing and in search of Individuals who want rewarding work at a top workplace. We are seeking caregivers for ALL shifts. * Essential Duties/ Responsibilities Duties vary per client, and their specific needs.

The following duties may be assigned in the plan of care:

  • Daily routine care (feeding, grooming and bathing)
  • Light shopping
  • Light housekeeping
  • Conversing with the client to provide assurance
  • Meal preparation and clean up
  • Reporting any incidents, complaints, and/or concerns to the agency immediately
  • Other responsibilities as assigned All levels of experience are welcome
  • Prior experience with companionship, meal preparation, personal care (incontinence, showering, shaving), dementia care would be a bonus
  • Record of arriving on-time
  • Reliable transportation and current driver's license/insurance a plus
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in the United States
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Have reliable home or cell phone communication Work Environment Direct Care Workers work out of the clients home
