HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Performs complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program

Will assist the Sr. Program Analyst in day to day operations of the Armored Vehicle Program with Diplomatic Security (DEAV). These include records keeping, notes taking, customer interaction, and travel planning

Will assist the Sr. Program analyst in solving complex issues that result from international travel planning.

Including but not limited to applying for visas, assisting with expense reports, assisting travel team in obtaining passport, and will assist with planning and tracking travelers training needs.

The Program Management team consists of analysts, QA technicians and Program Manager. Work is performed on a government site with options to telework as needed.

DEAV is tasked with the serviceability of the armored vehicle fleet for all Embassies and Consulates worldwide. As a team we support this operation by managing the Operations contract.

Attention to detail with an ability to plan travel will aide in this mission and see that the armored vehicle fleet is capable of performing its life saving duties.

WHAT YOU'

LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Preferred Education:
Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

Preferred Experience: 3+ years of related experience (education can substitute)

Required Technical Skills:
Detail oriented with experience in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Excel, Word and Power Point. Experience in travel planning and expense report submittal are a plus but not required.

Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Professional writing skills for customer facing communication skills are a must.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $ $41.47. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
